Final Exam & Exam #2

Our final exam is scheduled for Wed, Dec 16. From a learning perspective, it is not optimal to cram more than 1 final exam into any given day.
If you have another exam on this day and would prefer to take the T&D final on another day, please let me know what other day/time would work better for you.
Also, I will offer a re-take of exam #2 for those of you who would like to raise that portion of your grade. When I compute final grades, I will use the grade on the re-take in place of your original exam 2 score (I will not take the higher of the 2 grades). Therefore, this is a good option of you really intend to study - but could hurt your grade if you show up without adequate preparation. The format of the re-take exam will be similar to the original exam #2, but not identical.
Please let me know if you would like to participate in a re-take.

Course Description
This course will examine a range of theory and practice with respect to training and development related to the workplace and careers. We will focus on both the development and the delivery of training programs. We will address the respective roles of the trainer, the line manager/supervisor, and the trainee.
